HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Select the item(s) you would like and add these to your cart. Once you have everything you want in your cart, continue to fill in your payment details to complete your order.

DO I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Once your order has been placed and payment has been accepted, we will send you a confirmation email to the corresponding e-mail address given in the order.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AND HOW?

It is not possible to cancel the order yourself. Please contact us as soon as possible at shop@burakyeter.com, so we can cancel the order before it has been shipped from our stock. However, if you try to cancel your order after is has been shipped, you must return the item(s) to us to receive your refund.

We ship all our products to everywhere. The delivery time may vary depending on your country.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

It’s not possible to change the address once your order has been shipped. Please contact us at shop@burakyeter.com

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. Shipping takes 5-7 business days deliveries in Europe and 15-20 business days for the rest of the world.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

Our stock is in the Netherlands. All orders are shipped from Netherlands.

COLLECTING ITEMS POSSIBLE FROM YOUR STOCK ROOM?

It’s not possible to collect your order from our stock room.
