We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with Burak Yeter Official Online Shop however occasionally you may need to return an item. To return an item(s) please complete the returns form at (returnform.pdf<\/strong><\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All orders must be returned within 28 days of original order receipt. Return postage is at your own cost and risk. We advise you to send your item(s) back via tracked mail. Burak Yeter Official Online Shop will not be held responsible for any returns that go missing in the post therefore no refunds will be given.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are only able to exchange items for the same product. All items must be returned in new condition with swing tags and labels still attached.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For hygiene reasons any items that have aftershave, makeup, body odours or cigarette smoke on, will not be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Faulty items will only be refunded or exchanged with swing tags still attached. Please check your order thoroughly once it arrives before removing any tags.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
